Orders

How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order in your account dashboard.
Can I modify my order?
You can modify your order within 2 hours of placing it. After that, please contact support.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash on delivery, credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), and bank transfers.

Shipping

How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery to Oman takes 2-4 business days from UAE. Express shipping is available for 1-2 day delivery.
Do you ship to all of Oman?
Yes! We deliver to all regions including Muscat, Dhofar, Al Batinah, Ash Sharqiyah, and more.
Is shipping free?
Shipping is free on orders over $100. For smaller orders, shipping costs $15.

Returns

What is your return policy?
You can return most items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
How do I start a return?
Go to your order history, select the item you want to return, and follow the instructions. We'll arrange pickup.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Payments

Is my payment information secure?
Yes, we use industry-standard encryption to protect your payment information. We never store your full card details.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes! Cash on delivery is available for all orders in Oman. Just select COD at checkout.
What currencies do you accept?
Prices are shown in USD. You can pay in OMR or AED - the conversion is done automatically.
